CARF简介

CARF（Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities）即康复机构认证委员会，于1966年在美国成立，乃非政府性质和非营利性的人类健康服务领域的认证和咨询机构。CARF认证领域包括：医学康复、养老服务、行为健康、阿片类治疗、儿童和青少年服务、就业和社区服务及视觉康复服务等。目前，国内主要开展医学康复和养老服务认证。

CARF定期从康复患者、长者、员工等服务对象和其他相关方处收集意见建议，更新认证标准，以保证整套标准体系始终体现以人为本并保持国际前沿。同时，CARF关注提升服务对象的生活质量，倡导以人为本、持续改进的理念，通过机构与服务对象的良性互动，促进机构质量改善和价值创造。
